Maintenance

Each unit is inspected by management and maintenance to ensure any and all maintenance is completed before move-in.

Yes, we have maintenance on-site Monday-Friday and on call 24/7 for emergencies.

You can either call or email the office to submit a work order or you may submit a request through the online resident portal.

Once a request is made to the office or through the portal, maintenance will respond as quickly as possible given the nature of the request.

No, you do not. If you provide permission to enter, maintenance will complete the work ASAP.

If you have lost your unit keys, call the office during normal business hours and we will verify your identity and grant you access. If it is after hours, you will be required to call a locksmith.

You must return the unit to management in the same condition that you received it in. If you painted an accent wall, for instance, you're required to repaint it, or you will be charged.

Amenities

We offer a laundry facility, a pool, a spa, BBQ grills, and a dog park. The fitness center is coming soon!

The units do not have W/D hookup capability

There is a $200 refundable Pet Deposit and a $200 non-refundable Pet Fee per apartment home. Your monthly pet rent is $40 per pet.

We allow cats and dogs with an 80 lb weight restriction. There are also breed restrictions.

Yes, we have a pet park on-site.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

We accept walk-ins but to ensure you're not waiting to be helped, it is more efficient to book an appointment.

Very. Aside from Mondays, we have at least two people in the office.

Complete an online application.

It can take 24 - 72 hours for an application to be approved.

We only require a $50 application fee per person (18+ years).

Remember to start or transfer your electrical service and transfer your mail service.

You may make payment through the online portal or by check to the office.

Call Tucson Electric Power to start electricity in your unit.

You may choose the provider of your choice, but we do provide each unit with a COX modem, so you do not have to pay for a modem.

The resident who referred you would receive a referral bonus of $200 in the form of a rent concession and would receive it after your first full month of residency.

Guests are welcome and must be accompanied by you to any of the common areas like the gym, pool, and laundry facility.

No. Subleasing your unit is a violation of your lease agreement.

You will be required to provide a 30-day notice and pay a lease break fee of 1.5x the rent amount on the day you give notice.
